Please come join us at our annual conference May 7 & 8 in Yakima. This will be the opportunity of a lifetime. Dr. Jim Cummins, whose language and learning theories have served as a foundation for Bilingual Education, will be joining us for our Friday sessions. Dr. Kathy Escamilla, a leading figure in biliteracy development, will be highlighting the Saturday sessions. In addition, breakout sessions will focus on the particular needs of ELL students in the state of Washington.
